I asked my grandmother Mabel Kelly Hunter, several times to set down info of our earlier days, she was not interested, however it seems that my mother Beverly Elaine Hunter (Harris), along with info from my grandmother, did set down the below items of information.

Update of April 25, 2014 - These photos remain but I sold the condo in January of 2013 at a loss of $78,000 from the purchase price.  It sold for 93,000 to the same developer that I purchased it from in May of 2007.  I was pleased to be rid of it as the management firm and various Boards of Directors were extremely poor.  As noted elsewhere I had to sue them for several years over how they rented out the condos.  Not worth going into it yet again.

PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOGS

Residents are reminded that they must clean up after their dogs.  Our Rules and Regulations provide at A. General Rules 7.b. "Messes made by pets must be removed by Owners or handlers immediately."  Unfortunately many residents are NOT doing this.  


Fines of up to $100 per occurrence may be levied for those not in compliance.  If you know of anyone disregarding this rule please advise the office of the unit number involved.

Lending Library is Available for Residents

There is a free lending library in the clubhouse. The approx. 125 donated books are available to any resident. 

No library card is required and there is no time limit for their return. Take a few and if you have any to donate then leave them for others to read.
